These terms are between you and VeronaLabs, who make Rundou. By using the app you agree to them.
Who can use Rundou
You must be 18 or over and give true details about yourself.
Meeting other runners
Rundou helps you find people to run with. We don't check who runners are, and we aren't there when you meet. Meet in public places, tell someone where you're going and trust your judgment.
How to behave
Don't harass, threaten or mislead anyone. Don't post anything hateful, sexual or illegal, or anything that isn't yours to share. Don't fake runs or use the app to sell things to other runners. There is no place for this on Rundou: we remove the content and may close the account. Report anything like this from the runner's profile or the group page. We look at every report within a day.
Your content
What you post stays yours. You allow us to store it and show it to other people in the app, as your settings allow, so that the app can work.
Groups and payments
Groups are run by their coaches. If a group charges a fee, you pay the coach outside the app. Rundou takes no part in these payments.
Your health
Running carries risks. Rundou isn't medical advice. Run within your limits and watch out for traffic. Talk to a doctor if you aren't sure.
The app itself
We work to keep Rundou running, but we provide it as it is and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Leaderboards and distances depend on GPS, so they can be wrong. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for what happens between runners.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time. We can close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app if the changes are important.
